The Purchase Process & Contract Formation

Your Order and Contract Formation When you place an order via our Easy Digital Downloads checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the digital product(s). The contract between us is formed only when we send you a purchase receipt email containing your download link. We reserve the right to decline any order.

The Digital Downloads & Cancellation Waiver (Important Clause)

Delivery of Digital Content & Cancellation Rights 3.1 Immediate Supply: All our products are digital content delivered instantly via a download link on your confirmation screen and via email. 3.2 Waiver of 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have a 14-day right to change your mind and request a refund for online purchases. However, by ticking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you explicitly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel and claim a refund once the download of the file has started.

License and Permitted Use (Copyright Protection)

Intellectual Property and Usage License 4.1 Grant of License: When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download and use the file for [personal use / your own business use]. 4.2 Restrictions: You must not resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, or lease the digital files to any third party. Each purchase is for a single-user only.

Consumer Rights & Faulty Digital Content
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. You cannot legally say “all sales are final even if the file is broken.”

Faulty Digital Content & Your Rights 5.1 Statutory Rights: If the digital content you download is corrupted, broken, or does not match the description provided on the product page, you have a legal right to a repair or a replacement under the UK Consumer Rights Act. 5.2 Refunds for Faults: If a repair or replacement is impossible or cannot be provided within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience to you, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund.
